Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a motivated analyst to support automation systems that drive product movement in our distribution center in Olive Branch, MS. This role collaborates closely with DC leadership to maintain equipment reliability and optimize conveyors, sortation, scanners, and ASRS.

You will analyze failures, document findings, and assist with root-cause investigations while learning from senior staff.

• Solid problem identification and troubleshooting skills.
• Good documentation habits for support tickets, tasks, and project activity.
• Able to learn new business processes quickly and understand how technology supports DC operations.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment.

Responsibilities

• Support automation systems in the distribution center to maintain equipment reliability and operational performance.
• Assist with failure analysis and incident reviews by gathering data and documenting findings.
• Use diagnostic software to monitor system performance and organize data to identify trends.
• Provide site/field reports daily, including progress, issues, and next steps.
• Assist with PLC code reviews under guidance of senior staff.
