Job summary

Equipment Depot is seeking a Customer Success Engineer, Warehouse Automation, to provide post-go-live technical support for automated warehouse systems. You will diagnose issues, collaborate with customers to resolve root causes, and serve as the main contact for ongoing inquiries.

The role involves working with ASRS, conveyors, AGVs, robotics, and WCS controls, plus occasional on-site project assistance and training for customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience with warehouse automation systems (ASRS, conveyors, AGVs, robotics).
• Troubleshooting, configuration, and integration of automated systems.
• Familiarity with PLCs, SCADA, Ethernet/IP, Modbus, and other industrial protocols.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills; customer-focused.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting after go-live for warehouse automation systems.
• Diagnose and resolve system issues related to ASRS, conveyors, AGVs, robotics, WCS, and controls.
• Collaborate with customers to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for post-deployment inquiries and problems.
• Assist with ongoing project installation and commissioning when necessary.
• Document resolutions and maintain CRM case logs.
• Deliver training and guidance on operation and maintenance of systems.
• Occasional travel as needed.
