Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse automation or intralogistics.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
- Willingness to travel 10–20%, including international travel; passport required if needed.
Responsibilities
- Develop material flow diagrams, process flow charts, and system layouts using AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
- Prepare equipment and service cost estimates and develop technical proposals.
- Apply knowledge of distribution processes and automation technologies to design solutions.
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams while upholding SSI SCHÄFER's core values.
