Job summary

Novo Distribution Llc in Zeeland, MI is seeking an Auditor for the night shift to ensure orders are accurate and in good condition before shipment. You will inspect orders, maintain audit logs, and follow safety procedures to support high customer satisfaction.

The role requires detail orientation, prioritization skills, and flexibility to work overtime and some Saturdays. Compensation includes an hourly wage and biweekly pay.

Qualifications

• Must certify orders are free of errors.
• Ensure banded units are built tightly and levelers used for safe transport.
• Notify order puller and supervisor of discrepancies, product quality, or safety issues.
• Record daily audited order information onto written and/or electronic logs.
• Anticipate the needs of the business by auditing orders of high priority prior to those of low priority.
• Flexibility in scheduling – able to work overtime as needed.

Salary Range: $18.50 - $18.50 Hourly

Job Shift: Night

As an Auditor, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive the right products in excellent condition. Prior to shipment, you will inspect completed orders for accuracy and quality, helping to maintain high customer satisfaction standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to manage priorities within set deadlines, and dedicated to following all safety procedures and best practices.

Schedule

Monday - Friday 2:30 p.m. - 11 p.m. (plus overtime and some Saturday work)

Pay

$18.50/hr.

Pay frequency is every two weeks
