Job summary

Novo Building Products is hiring for a part-time stocking role at a Lowe's store in Kingston, MA. The position offers a consistent biweekly schedule with 12–15 hours per week and a pay rate of $21.50 per hour.

Travel to local Lowe's stores in the region will exceed 50% as part of stocking responsibilities. Responsibilities include safety, courteous customer service, coordination with store personnel, stocking products promptly, maintaining neat displays, handling damaged pieces, and supporting

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety for yourself, Lowe’s personnel, and customers.
• Be courteous and professional with customers.
• Communicate effectively with Lowe’s store personnel.
• Coordinate with the store's receiving department for product availability.
• Stock Novo products within 36 hours of delivery into Lowe's system (unless otherwise arranged).
• Retrieve Novo products from inventory and stock them neatly.
• Keep stocked items neat and in proper locations; return items to correct bins.
• Perform culls and ensure credits for damaged pieces are properly received.
• Keep aisles free of debris during stocking.
• Dispose of packing materials properly and return carts/racks to proper locations.
• Participate in events (Grand Openings, Contractor Days, training) as requested.
• Assist with store set/reset activities as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Schedule: Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, Flexible Hours between 8am-5pm.

We’re hiring for a part-time role with a consistent biweekly schedule. You’ll average 12-15 hours per week. This position is ideal for someone seeking flexible, predictable hours while still making a meaningful contribution.

Pay: $21.50/hr.

Essential Responsibilities

• Ensure your safety while working in Lowe’s store, as well as the safety of those around you, including Lowe's personnel or Lowe's customers
• Be courteous and professional to the customer
• Communicate effectively with Lowe's store personnel
• Contact Lowe’s receiving department of the store you are responsible for to confirm the availability of products to be stocked
• Stock Novo products included in the Stocking Program within 36 hours of when they are delivered (after the materials have been received in the Lowe's system) unless other arrangements are made with authorized Lowe’s representatives
• Retrieve Novo products from inventory, break bundles, and stock products appropriately
• Ensure all Novo products that are stocked look neat/tidy:
• Straighten and push back moulding,
• Return ALL products to their proper location.
• Stock moulding in the proper bin locations.
• Perform culls and ensure Lowe’s has correctly received credit for damaged pieces found during the stocking process.
• Keep aisles free of debris during the stocking process.
• Clean up and properly dispose of all bundle ties and other packing materials.
• Return or arrange for the return of all carts and/or cattle racks to their proper location.
• Participate in special events for customers (i.e., Grand Openings, Contractor Days, product knowledge training, etc.), as requested.
• Assist with store set/reset activity, as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Basic Qualifications (Required)

• High school diploma or GED
• A valid unrestricted driver’s license (Other than vision)
• Automobile Insurance coverage (you will need to provide proof)
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Basic math skills
• Self-motivated
• Ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience stocking customer stores.

Travel Requirements

Travel to assigned Lowe's store(s) in a local geographic region.
