Job Summary

This position is a seasonal, event-based role, with a duration from April-September.

Under the general supervision of the warehouse lead and concessions manager, the warehouse staff is responsible for stocking each location based off of predetermined needs list. Also, the staff is responsible for any necessary restocking of product during events.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Accurate and timely stocking of all food and beverage areas; including beer kegs
2. Places materials/goods on racks, shelves and bins, sometimes in refrigerated spaces.
3. During the events, anticipate any potential stock needs by communicating with the portable operators and stand managers
4. Follow policies and procedures set forth by PSC, as well as, guidelines set by the Health Department
5. Take pride as a part of the warehouse staff, greet guests, resolve issues and answer guest questions.

Knowledge and Abilities:

1. Excellent guest service skills
2. Ability to track inventory and all transfers by utilizing paperwork and/or technology
3. Ability to perform assigned tasks with minimal supervision

Qualifications:

1. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
2. Must be willing to get a food handlers permit
3. Must have forklift certification (if applicable) or be willing to obtain one
4. Comfortable using a pallet jack and/or dolly
5. A friendly and out-going personality
6. Flexible work hours to include day, evening, weekend and holiday hours
