Job summary

PENN Entertainment is hiring for a warehouse receiving role. You will enter and review receiving documentation, perform inventories, and maintain par stock levels while moving goods using a forklift and pallet jacks.

The position requires lifting, basic computer skills, and reliable English communication. This on-site role offers the chance to contribute to a fast-paced logistics team across North America.

Qualifications

• Must have good written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; prior shipping/receiving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enters and reviews receiving documentation.
• Performs month-end inventories.
• Assists in counts and weight checks; maintains par stock levels.
• Stocks items in designated area, rotates stock FIFO.
• Operates forklift and drives warehouse truck as needed.
• Distributes merchandise to outlets and maintains inventory area.

• Enters and reviews receiving documentation.
• Performs month‑end inventories.
• Assists in counts and weight checks; maintains par stock levels.
• Stocks items in designated area, and rotates stock first in, first out.
• Performs merchandise inspection.
• Maintains clean inventory work area.
• Verifies vendor documentation to merchandise and Purchase Order.
• Provides manual labor in the Warehouse and Receiving Dock areas by loading, unloading, and moving goods as needed.
• Distributes merchandise to the appropriate outlets.
• Operates forklift and drives warehouse truck as needed.
• Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
• Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.
• Lifting of at least 50 lbs

• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.
• Must have basic computer skills.
• Must have good written and verbal communication skills; must be fluent and literate in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to operate a forklift, pallet jack, dolly, and carts in a safe and efficient manner.
