Warehouse Jr/ Sr Job Details

Schedule:

• 1st shift: 7:00 am - 3:00 pm


• 2nd shift: 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm


• 3rd shift: 11:00 pm - 7:00 am

Pay Rate: $17.78 - $23.08 (depending on shift and experience)

Warehouse Jr/ Sr Job Description

• Perform all Warehouse Technician responsibilities.


• Coordinate daily workflow and prioritize warehouse activities.


• Train and mentor new warehouse personnel.


• Lead receiving, shipping, inventory, and material movement operations.


• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.


• Conduct cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliation.


• Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.


• Assist supervisors with workload planning and staffing priorities.


• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and other warehouse equipment safely.


• Generate and maintain inventory and shipping documentation.


• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and productivity.


• Serve as the primary point of contact during the absence of warehouse leadership.

Warehouse Jr/ Sr Job Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.


• 3-5 years of RECENT warehouse experience.


• Forklift experience required. Candidates must have sit-down forklift experience; stand-up, cherry picker, and high-reach experience are preferred. Must be willing and able to train.


• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment.
