PeopleShare by PROMAN in Woodridge, IL is seeking a Cherry Picker / Warehouse Associate to support our manufacturing and distribution operation. Starting pay is $20.00 per hour with a Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–3:30 PM schedule, and a temp-to-hire path offering long-term opportunities.

This role involves picking and preparing orders, operating a cherry picker (training provided), using RF scanners, and helping maintain inventory accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience required.
• Cherry picker experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently.
• RF scanner experience a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Keep work areas clean and organized

What We're Looking For
