Integrity Staffing Solutions is seeking Warehouse Associates to join our Des Plaines, IL operations. Earn $19/hour in a fast-paced environment with a leading logistics company.

As a Warehouse Associate, you will load/unload, pack and ship orders, maintain inventory, and follow safety procedures while supporting a collaborative team. Competitive shifts and weekly pay are provided, with benefits starting shortly after hire.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or similar environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills including exceptional attendance.

About the Role

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our warehouse. Your responsibilities will include loading and unloading trucks, packing and shipping orders, and maintaining the warehouse environment. You will work closely with other warehouse team members to ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Pay Rate

$19/hour

Available Shift Times

• 7am - 5:30pm

Key Responsibilities

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds
• Ability to push utility carts up to 60 pounds
• Ability to use carts, dollies and hand trucks
• Ability to go up and down stairs (where applicable)
• Ability to work at a height of up to 40 feet on a mezzanine (where applicable)
