Job summary

Integrity Staffing is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Des Plaines, IL. Earn $19/hour in a fast-paced environment with a leading logistics company and participate in a walk-in hiring event. Shifts run from 7am to 5:30pm.

As a Warehouse Associate, you will load/unload trucks, pack and ship orders, and maintain inventory accuracy while following safety procedures. Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits are included in the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or similar environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills including exceptional attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely

Responsibilities

• Receive and put away inventory
• Pack and ship orders according to customer specifications
• Load boxes into trucks for shipment
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Scan and label inventory items
• Organize and store inventory in a safe and efficient manner
• Troubleshoot problems
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized
• Follow all safety procedures
• Report any safety hazards or concerns immediately
• Communicate effectively with other warehouse team members

About the Role

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our warehouse. Your responsibilities will include loading and unloading trucks, packing and shipping orders, and maintaining the warehouse environment. You will work closely with other warehouse team members to ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Pay Rate

$19/hour

Available Shift Times

• 7am - 5:30pm

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds
• Ability to push utility carts up to 60 pounds
• Ability to use carts, dollies and hand trucks
• Ability to go up and down stairs (where applicable)
• Ability to work at a height of up to 40 feet on a mezzanine (where applicable)
