Job summary

ManpowerGroup (USA) is seeking Warehouse Associates for our Fresno, CA distribution center. This temporary, full-time role offers two shifts with pay ranging from $18.00 to $19.00 per hour, with overtime opportunities during peak seasons.

Duties include picking, packing, staging, and managing inventory for beauty and personal care products. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and have reliable transportation to the facility.

Our client, a well-established leader in the beauty and personal care distribution industry, is seeking dedicated Warehouse Associates to join their team in Fresno, CA. This is a temporary assignment offering the opportunity to contribute to a high-performing distribution center that supports both retail and e-commerce operations nationwide.

Pay & Shift Options – Warehouse Associates

• 2nd Shift (Weeknight: 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM): $18.00/hour
• 3rd Shift (Weekend Day: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM): $19.00/hour

Overtime opportunities available during peak seasons.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Pick, pack, and stage beauty products with accuracy
• Use RF scanners and headsets (training provided)

What You Bring to the Table

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working on your feet for extended periods
• Reliable transportation to and from the facility (note: site is not accessible by public transit)
• Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work overtime, including weekends, as needed
• Must be able to submit to a background check and drug screen
