Beautylish, Inc. operates a Fresno-based fulfillment center seeking an Inventory Associate to ensure accurate reception, transfer, and organization of inventory. The role emphasizes attention to detail, reliability, and process-driven work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include receiving and inspecting shipments, maintaining SKU data, restocking pick bins, and participating in cycle counts. Monday–Friday shifts and potential overtime support a stable full-time schedule.

Personal.CX is a new subsidiary of Beautylish, Inc., focused on providing logistics services for personal care ecommerce brands. Since we started ecommerce in 2012, we have developed a great reputation for the high-touch and personal service that we provide for every order. Our Fresno fulfillment center is growing and we're looking for people excited to join a collaborative team and create an exceptional customer experience.

Inventory Associatesare responsible for all of the processes that ensure our inbound shipments are received accurately, inventory transfers are processed efficiently, and our backstock is well-organized and maintained. The ideal candidate has a high attention to detail, is enthusiastic about keeping things organized, is reliable and process-oriented, and can maintain consistency in a fast-paced environment.

Inventory Associateresponsibilities include...

Requirements:

• Must be available to work Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm; some overtime may be available/required
• Previous experience using a stand-up forklift desired
• Familiarity using Word/Google Docs and Excel/Google Sheets
• Fluent in verbal and written English
• Ability to navigate and operate in a fast-paced, physically active environment
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 50+ pounds
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Our Fresno fulfillment centre is hiring Full Time(40 hrs/wk) positions. Inventory Associates start at $18 per hour and are eligible for annual raises.
