Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Warehouse Associate to process merchandise for Distribution Centers. You will pick, pack and store items up to 25 pounds, using WMS and RF scanners, and ensure quality and accuracy throughout the flow of goods. The role requires steady, fast-paced work and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities include counting, labeling, sorting, and addressing inventory in a dynamic environment. Ability to stand, lift, and move items as part of daily duties is essential.

Qualifications

• Meet productivity standards after successfully completing training.

Summary

This position is responsible for processing various types of merchandise (that can weigh up to 25 pounds) for the Distribution Centers using standard procedures for our brand. Within this role, you will be picking, packing or storing merchandise according to procedures while using a Radio Frequency (RF) scanner and ensuring the quality expectations of the business. It requires steady, fast-paced work and focuses on the accurate picking and packing of many items.

Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job and assist in other areas, including but not limited to:

• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift may be necessary.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds continuously for 100% of working hours, occasionally up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation; lifting may be above or below shoulder level and above or below waist level.
• Ability to push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel, and stoop on a frequent basis.
• Ability to use hand/eye coordination and manual dexterity to include grasping and holding on a continuous basis.
