The Warehouse Associate manages daily logistics, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping inventory to ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment. They maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse while operating equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Picking, packing, and scanning items for shipment.
- Inventory Control: Receiving, inspecting, and stocking merchandise while updating records.
- Logistics & Shipping: Loading/unloading trucks and preparing shipping labels.
- Maintenance & Safety: Cleaning the warehouse, maintaining equipment, and following safety protocols.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Physical Strength: Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Stamina: Capacity to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic math and computer skills for inventory tracking.
- Reliability: Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Typical Working Conditions
- Warehouse environment with exposure to noise and varying temperatures.
- May require working weekends, holidays, and overtime.
Preferred Experience
- 3+ years of warehouse, logistics, or forklift experience is often preferred.
- Pick/pack experience helpful
- WMS systems knowledge helpful

Weekends: 8:00AM - 4:30PM
Weekdays: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
2 associates with Tuesday/Wednesday off
2 associates with Thursday/Friday off
