Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking Warehouse Associates for a temporarily assigned role at a top beauty and personal care distribution center in Fresno, CA. You will pick, pack, stage products and support shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires reliability, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift with overtime as needed. Training provided for RF scanners and headsets.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation to the facility (note: site is not accessible by public transit).
• Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work overtime, including weekends, as needed.
• Must be able to submit to a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

Our client, a well-established leader in the beauty and personal care distribution industry, is seeking dedicated Warehouse Associates to join their team in Fresno, CA. This is a temporary assignment offering the opportunity to contribute to a high-performing distribution center that supports both retail and e-commerce operations nationwide.

Pay & Shift Options – Warehouse Associates

• 2nd Shift (Weeknight: 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM): $18.00/hour
• 3rd Shift (Weekend Day: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM): $19.00/hour

Overtime opportunities available during peak seasons.

What You’ll Be Doing
