Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Austin, TX to join the Outbound department, supporting efficient shipment of goods. The role emphasizes attention to detail, coordination, and proactive work ethic in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating dock loading with Dispatch, organizing the dock area, utilizing WMS and Zebra scanners, and ensuring paperwork is completed to release drivers. 2nd shift, 6pm-6am, pay $19.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in warehouse operations or logistics preferred.
• Familiarity with WMS and RF scanning devices (e.g., Zebra scanner).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy items as required.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
