Job summary

Integrity Staffing Solutions in Des Plaines, IL is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the outbound night shift. You will load and unload trucks, pack and ship orders, and maintain inventory while collaborating with a fast-paced team. Pay is $20 per hour for night shifts.

Shifts run 6:30 PM - 5:00 AM (Sun-Wed) or 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM (Thu-Sat). Previous warehouse experience and ability to lift up to 49 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or similar environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills including exceptional attendance.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and push carts up to 60 pounds.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; follow instructions and safety rules.

• Pack and ship orders according to customer specifications
• Load boxes into trucks for shipment
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Scan and label inventory items
• Organize and store inventory in a safe and efficient manner

About the Role:

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our warehouse. Your responsibilities will include loading and unloading trucks, packing and shipping orders, and maintaining the warehouse environment. You will work closely with other warehouse team members to ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Pay Rate: $20/hour

Available Shift Times:

• 6:30 PM - 5:00 AM
  • Sunday through Wednesday
  • Wednesday through Saturday
• 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM
  • Thursday, Friday and Saturday

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to work at a height of up to 40 feet on a mezzanine (where applicable)
