Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is hiring a Permanent Full Time Warehouse Associate at our Etna facility. You will handle orders, load/unload trailers, and ensure accurate scanning while working in a safety-forward environment.

The role offers on-the-job training, weekly pay, and benefits including medical, dental, vision and 401(k). Previous warehouse experience is valued, with PIT certification preferred for career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of related warehouse experience required.
• Certified to operate powered industrial trucks (PIT).
• Ability to learn and operate warehouse equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pack, kit and/or assemble orders and materials.
• Load and unload inbound/outbound trailers and ensure scanning accuracy.
• Train dock staff on new procedures and maintain security at shift end.
• Perform picking/packing duties and address any product damage.
• Move materials and execute transactions per policies and procedures.
• Keep area clean and participate in team improvement activities.
