Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background in maintenance repair and preventative programs is needed.

• Basic computer and parts inventory system skills are required.
• Aptitude to investigate and solve mechanical issues is expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine lubrication, repairs and troubleshooting of mechanical warehouse equipment.
• Assist and monitor work performed by outside contractors.
• Maintain inventory controls for cost-effective operations.
• Schedule and complete preventative maintenance procedures.
• Ensure safety standards comply with all guidelines.
• Monitor grounds and building systems and operate equipment as required.
• Take on special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.
