Ryder System, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Team Lead in Etna, OH, to guide daily operations in a fast-paced distribution center with state-of-the-art equipment and a supportive leadership team. The role offers weekly pay and comprehensive benefits designed to attract top talent.

You will lead a team, coordinate loading, picking, packing, shipping, and cycle counting while upholding top safety standards and driving continuous improvement in efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• 1+ year warehouse leadership experience preferred.
• 1+ year Microsoft Office experience preferred.
• RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement for warehouse efficiency.
• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Allocate resources and organize daily work duties to ensure optimal shift/team logistics.
• Inspire team members to improve KPIs using appropriate leadership styles.
• Ensure health and safety methods in the warehouse.
• Handle daily warehouse paperwork (e.g., picks, returns, bills of lading).
• Submit daily reports and propose actions to enhance operations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
