Responsibilities

• Shipping/receiving duties and assisting drivers.
• Safely unload freight from trucks.
• Process incoming merchandise to receiving area per procedures.
• Administer warehouse transfers and outgoing shipments.
• Store merchandise securely in warehouse.
• Pull merchandise for local and out-of-town deliveries; stage for pickup.
• Coordinate warranty returns with accounts payable.
• Coordinate activities with inside sales to ensure customer service.
• Assist with counter sales and showroom stocking.
• Use job tools including computer system, telephone, fax, email, voicemail, copier, calculator.
• Take physical inventory and coordinate cycle counts with team.
