Responsibilities

• Perform shipping/receiving duties and assist sales delivery drivers.
• Safely unload freight from trucks.
• Log and check in merchandise and coordinate receiving per procedures.
• Administer incoming/outgoing store transfers and organize warehousing.
• Store merchandise properly in warehouse locations.
• Pull merchandise for local and out-of-town deliveries and stage for shipment.
• Coordinate warranty returns with accounts payable when needed.
• Collaborate with inside/outside sales and maintain customer service focus.
• Assist with counter sales and showroom stocking.
• Operate office tools (computer, telephone, fax, E-mail, voice mail, copier, calculator).
• Participate in physical inventory and cycle counts with shipping/receiving and store managers.
• Identify and analyze information to make quality decisions.
