Job summary

Cencora is seeking a warehouse support associate in the US to monitor temperature-sensitive materials, update inventory and shipment records, and route non-conforming items through proper procedures.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and under 2 years in warehouse operations; CSCP or equivalent certification is preferred. Monday–Friday shift; pay starts at $19.00/hr with potential up to $21.00/hr plus incentives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience required.
• Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution, shipping/receiving, inventory control, or related field.
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitors temperature-sensitive materials during storage and shipment preparation.
• Updates warehouse transactions, inventory records, and shipment documentation.
• Identifies on-hold, damaged, or non-conforming materials and routes them through handling procedures.
• Coordinates material movement using approved warehouse equipment to support safe and efficient flow.
• Prepares packaging materials and shipment areas to support timely outbound activity.
• Escalates non-standard handling or inventory issues for timely follow-up.
