Job summary

Cencora is seeking a warehouse associate for the US distribution center. The role covers receiving, picking, staging orders, and inventory control with RF scanning, in a climate-controlled facility.

Shift is Wednesday through Saturday, 6:00am–4:30pm. Pay starts at $19.00/hr with potential to earn up to $22.49/hr based on incentives, with a $2,000 sign-on bonus and overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to read and understand English.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Willing to work in a climate-controlled warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Receive, pick, and stage orders; manage returns and inventory.
• Inspect received merchandise and report discrepancies.
• Stock shelves and use RF devices for picking/packing.
• Enter orders and inventory data into the system.
• Maintain accurate daily inventory counts and assist with procedures.
• Operate forklifts or reach trucks as needed and train new associates.
