Job summary

Cencora is seeking an Equipment Operator / Order Picker in Lebanon, IN to support AmerisourceBergen distribution services. You will monitor temperature-controlled materials, update records, and coordinate material movement to ensure accurate order fulfillment.

The role requires at least a high school diploma with up to two years in warehousing; CSCP certification is a plus. Competitive hourly pay starts at $19 with opportunities to earn up to $21 per hour, plus incentives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support or related field.
• CSCP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience with inventory control and shipment documentation.
• Ability to follow warehouse procedures and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Monitors temperature-sensitive materials during storage and shipment preparation.
• Updates warehouse transactions, inventory records, and shipment documentation.
• Identifies on-hold, damaged, or non-conforming materials.
• Coordinates material movement using approved warehouse equipment.
• Prepares packaging materials and shipment areas for outbound activity.
• Escalates non-standard handling or inventory issues.
