Job summary

Publix Super Markets in Georgia is seeking a Warehouse Person in our Distribution department to keep facilities clean, organized, and safe while ensuring products are accessible for store selection and delivery.

You will work with teams to clean equipment and floors, manage recycling, and follow a Master Sanitation Schedule; forklift/pallet truck certs may be required; lifting up to 67 pounds and standing long periods are expected.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and extended periods of time.
• Certification in pallet truck and forklift operations (on or before start date).
• Ability to use cleaning chemicals and powered equipment with PPE.

Responsibilities

• Maintain building appearance per Distribution Sanitation SOPs.
• Ensure products are accessible for safe selection and delivery to stores.
• Assist with cleaning industrial equipment, tractor trailers and facility floors.
• Sort recycling materials and help reduce shrink by re-packaging and labeling.
