Job summary

Rite-Rug in La Vergne, TN is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support our flooring materials operations. From loading and unloading rolls, tiles, planks and adhesives to picking and staging orders for delivery crews, you’ll help keep our warehouse running safely and efficiently on a Monday–Friday schedule.

You’ll train on forklifts and pallet jacks, lift up to 75 lbs, and maintain a clean, compliant workspace.

Qualifications

• Experience with flooring materials or construction supplies is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and operate pallet jacks or forklifts (training provided).
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
• Effective communication and teamwork.
• Dependable, punctual, and ready to work weekdays.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload flooring materials (rolls, tiles, planks, adhesives).
• Pick and stage orders for delivery and installation crews.
• Operate the cutting machine.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Periodically deliver to stores or customer sites.
• Assist with returns, restocking, and quality checks.
