Job summary

RiteRug in Manassas, VA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to load/unload flooring materials and prepare orders for delivery. You will operate a cutting machine, keep the warehouse safe and organized, and assist with occasional store deliveries.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a strong safety mindset, with training provided for equipment and a regular weekday schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience with flooring materials is a plus.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Operate pallet jacks or forklifts; training provided.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload flooring materials (rolls, tiles, planks, adhesives).
• Pick and stage orders for delivery and installation crews.
• Operate the cutting machine.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Periodically deliver to stores or customer sites.
• Assist with returns, restocking, and quality checks.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PMPay: $20 to $23 an hour, depending on experience.
