This entry-level role offers a steady weekday schedule with training on equipment and safety protocols. You must be able to lift up to 75 lbs, operate pallet jacks or forklifts, and communicate effectively with team members to ensure accurate fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Experience with flooring materials or construction supplies is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and operate pallet jacks or forklifts (we’ll train!)
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload flooring materials (rolls, tiles, planks, adhesives)
• Pick and stage orders for delivery and installation crews
• Operate the cutting machine.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Periodically deliver to stores or customer sites
• Assist with returns, restocking, and quality checks
