Job summary
Baart Industrial Group in Houston, TX is seeking a Warehouse Associate for a full-time role. Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Inbound shipments: receive and process goods.
- Outbound shipments: prepare and ship orders accurately.
- Inventory control to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Organization of warehouse space and inventory records.
- Continued education and product knowledge to stay informed.

We now have an opening for a full-time warehouse employee. Your responsibilities will include shipping and receiving, stocking shelves, pulling orders, and keeping an accurate inventory. The position is Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. It offers great benefits, including medical, dental, 401(k), and profit sharing.
General Employee Responsibilities:
- Perform your job responsibilities consistently with Baart Industrial Group’s mission and vision statements and guiding principles.
- Each employee’s job description is not all-encompassing. Every employee is expected to perform any task as directed by their manager or supervisor.
- Every employee is expected to comply with all company rules including the Employee Handbook, Safety Policy, and Quality Manual.
- Every employee will be assigned regular working hours. However, each employee will be expected to be flexible and work overtime with little or no notice to meet customer requirements.
- Employees are not allowed to operate any vehicles, forklifts, or shop equipment unless authorized to do so.
- Maintain a high level of cooperation between all external and internal customers.
