Job summary
Stecker Machine Company in Manitowoc, WI is seeking an Experienced Material Handler to join our Shipping & Receiving team. You will operate a forklift, move materials through the plant, and help keep trucks loaded and products flowing.
This full-time role offers 2nd shift, a friendly family-owned culture, paid lunch, and comprehensive benefits including health insurance and a 401(k). Previous forklift experience preferred; safety is our top priority.

8 hours × 5 days/week
OR
10 hours × 4 days/week
- 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift
- Weekend shift, 5am to 5pm on Fri, Sat, Sun
- Voluntary overtime
- 20-minute lunch break is paid! (which also shortens time at work by 30 minutes/shift)
- Shift premiums (+8% of pay) for 2nd and 3rd shift (for example, an employee making $25/hour gets $2.00/hour additional)

We’re looking for an Experienced Material Handler to join the Stecker Machine Shipping & Receiving team and help keep materials moving where they need to go. What you’ll be doing:
- Operate a forklift and safely move materials throughout the plant.
- Load and unload trucks and keep incoming and outgoing products moving.
- Handle heavy loads safely and efficiently.
- Use scanners and tablets to track materials.
- Prepare finished products for shipment.
- Pitch in wherever needed to keep things running smoothly.
- Put safety first, every day.
- Are dependable and show up on time, ready to work.
- Like working independently and staying busy.
- Take pride in keeping things organized and moving.
- Have previous material handling and forklift experience.
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–9:00 PM
