Job summary

Summit Electric Supply, part of the Sonepar family, seeks an entry-level Warehouse Associate in Arizona. You will receive shipments, pick customer orders for will call or delivery, and support cycle counting and inventory accuracy.

This role offers a path to learn product knowledge and industry practices while upholding safety standards. You will work with a team to ensure accurate orders, clean work areas, and dependable service to customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Time management - strong ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, oral and written.
• Flexibility - ability to effectively adapt to change.
• Strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Pull customer tickets to fulfill orders.
• Prepare orders for shipment to customers.
• Load and unload Summit trucks.
• Receive and stock products on a daily basis to replenish inventory.
• Understand products and their capabilities and warranties.
• Assist sales associates in fulfilling customer orders when necessary.
• Ensure warehouse and respective outside areas are neat and clean at all times.
• Maintaining safe practices and proactively upholds Summit's commitment to a safe workplace.
