Summit Electric Supply in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an entry-level Warehouse Associate to receive, pick, and ship materials, and support cycle counting and inventory management.

You will learn product knowledge, safety practices, and how to assist sales staff while maintaining a neat, safe warehouse. We offer healthcare, time off, a 401(k) match, and opportunities for growth within the Sonepar family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong time management and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to change.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Previous warehouse experience (preferred).
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Aptitude for learning.

Responsibilities

• Pull customer tickets to fulfill orders.
• Prepare orders for shipment to customers.
• Load and unload Summit trucks.
• Receive and stock products daily to replenish inventory.
• Understand products and their capabilities and warranties.
• Assist sales associates in fulfilling customer orders when necessary.
• Ensure warehouse and outside areas are neat and clean at all times.
• Maintain safe practices and uphold Summit’s commitment to a safe workplace.
