Job summary

Summit Electric Supply in New Mexico seeks an entry-level Warehouse Associate to support materials fulfillment, receiving from vendors, and will-call/delivery order picking. You will participate in cycle counts and inventory management while learning product knowledge and industry best practices.

As a Summit team member, you will operate in a safety-conscious environment, with opportunities for development and benefits as part of the Sonepar group.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Time management—strong ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, oral and written.
• Flexibility—adapt to change and shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Pull customer tickets to fulfill orders.
• Prepare orders for shipment to customers.
• Load and unload Summit trucks.
• Receive and stock products daily to replenish inventory.
• Understand products and their capabilities and warranties.
• Assist sales associates in fulfilling customer orders when necessary.
• Ensure warehouse and outside areas are neat and clean at all times.
• Maintain safe practices and uphold Summit's commitment to a safe workplace.
