Job summary

Summit Electric Supply, part of the Sonepar family, is seeking an entry-level warehouse associate in our distribution network. You will receive materials, pick orders for will call or delivery, and participate in cycle counts and inventory management.

This role is a solid entry point to learn product knowledge and industry best practices. Responsibilities include pulling tickets, preparing shipments, stocking inventory, assisting sales, and maintaining a safe, clean workspace while upholding

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong time management with ability to juggle priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal and oral/written communication.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing workflow.
• Customer service orientation is essential.

Responsibilities

• Pull customer tickets to fulfill orders.
• Prepare orders for shipment to customers.
• Load and unload Summit trucks.
• Receive and stock products daily.
• Understand products, capabilities, and warranties.
• Assist sales associates with customer orders when needed.
• Keep warehouse and outside areas neat and clean.
• Maintain safe practices and uphold a safe workplace.
