Job summary

West Shore Home in Fort Mill, SC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to assist the Warehouse Manager with shipping, receiving, inventory, and maintenance tasks. You will stage materials for jobs, deliver supplies to sites, ensure trucks are stocked, and help keep the facility safe and organized.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping/receiving preferred.
• Forklift experience is preferred.
• Must have a valid smartphone for two-factor authentication login.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shipping & Receiving: Inspect deliveries for damage, verify quantities and materials against bills of lading and packing slips, document discrepancies, and route goods to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain Inventory & Supplies: Monitor consumable inventory levels, conduct periodic physical counts, distribute supplies, and ensure trucks are properly stocked with necessary tools.
• Support Daily Installations: Stage paperwork and materials for upcoming jobs, provide necessary tools and supplies, and deliver parts or materials to job sites as needed.
• Maintain Warehouse & Facility: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe; perform light building maintenance and assist with snow and ice removal as needed.
• Ensure Compliance & Flexibility: Follow and promote safety protocols, maintain regular in-person attendance, communicate discrepancies to leadership, and work overtime as needed.
