Responsibilities

• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols while handling shipments.
• Stacking & Palletizing: Stack boxes or cases onto pallets in a safe, stable, and secure manner.
• Shipping Preparation: Wrap pallets securely using shrink wrap or stretch film machines.
• Stage completed pallets in the designated loading or shipping area.
• Ensure items are stacked according to order specifications and trailer load plans.
• Verify items, counts, and labeling for completeness and accuracy before shipment.
• Safely operate pallet jacks, conveyor systems, and other warehouse tools as needed.
• Communicate effectively with selectors, loaders, and shipping clerks to ensure order accuracy and timeliness.
