Job summary

W.W. Williams is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to log and manage all shipping and receiving orders by loading and unloading trucks. You will log shipments, verify counts, package goods, and prepare documentation for accounting.

The role supports stock stocking and parts distribution across a busy facility in Savannah, GA. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, forklift certification or ability to become certified within 30 days, knowledge of UPS WorldShip, and strong

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 6+ months of related education, training, and experience.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment.
• Strong working knowledge of warehouse procedures/practices and UPS WorldShip.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Log all incoming/outgoing shipments from small parcels to large pallets.
• Load and unload materials on and off trucks.
• Perform cycle counts and verify counts of products.
• Package products for shipment to ensure safe arrival to customers.
• Notify contacts by email regarding shipments received or sent out.
• Record and organize shipment reconciliations for the Parts Manager as requested.
