Job summary

W.W. Williams in the United States is seeking a Warehouse Associate to manage shipping and receiving, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining accurate records.

This role requires attention to detail and adherence to safety and process standards. The ideal candidate has a GED or high school diploma with some related experience, forklift certification or the ability to obtain it within 30 days, and proficiency with warehouse procedures and UPS WorldShip.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 6+ months of education/training/experience.
• Must be forklift certified or able to certify within 30 days.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures and UPS WorldShip.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Log all incoming/outgoing shipments and related documentation.
• Load and unload materials from trucks.
• Perform cycle counts and verify product counts.
• Package products for shipping to ensure safe arrival.
• Notify contacts by email about shipments arriving or leaving.
• Record shipments and maintain Receiving Logs and documentation.
