Job summary

W.W. Williams is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Savannah, GA, to keep track of shipments by loading and unloading trucks. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 6+ months of experience, with forklift certification or the ability to obtain it within 30 days.

You will log shipments, count inventories, package products, and maintain accurate records while coordinating with the Parts Manager and other contacts. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Log all shipments (incoming/outgoing) and verify counts.
• Load and unload materials from trucks.
• Perform cycle counts and reconcile shipment data.
• Package and label products for shipment to customers.
• Notify relevant contacts about shipments and prepare documentation.
• Record shipments in Receiving Log and prepare accounting paperwork.
• Support Will Call and repair order parts picking as needed.
