Job summary

Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Associate - Shipping (Mid-Day) in Austell, GA. The role involves picking, organizing, and preparing auto parts orders for shipment, with a focus on accuracy, teamwork, and growth.

You may manually pull parts or operate warehouse equipment as part of a high-energy team. Compensation is $18.00 per hour with a $2 shift differential. Schedule is Sun–Thu, 1 p.m.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Capable of lifting up to 75 lbs consistently.
• Able to stand for long periods and work on your feet all day.
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse; temperatures vary by season.
• Forklift operator experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery.
• Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated locations.
• Stack, wrap, and load/unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Operate warehouse equipment (training provided).
• Maintain inventory accuracy and communicate with teammates.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors to ensure workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Handling: Accurately pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery
• Inbound Processing: Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Loading & Unloading: Stack, wrap, and load/unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Equipment Operation: Use pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment (training provided)
• Inventory Accuracy: Ensure correct parts and quantities are handled at every step
• Team Collaboration: Communicate clearly with peers and supervisors to ensure workflow success
• Clean & Safe Workplace: Maintain cleanliness and follow all safety protocols
• Flexibility: Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned based on daily needs

Are you 18 years of age or older? Can you lift products that weigh up to 75 lbs. consistently? Are you comfortable working on your feet all day—standing, walking, bending, and climbing ladders? Are you able to work at heights up to 30 feet without issue? Can you pay strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, accuracy-driven environment? Can we depend on you to show up on time and have a strong work ethic? Are you willing to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse (temperatures vary by season)? Do you have forklift operator or other PIT equipment experience? (Preferred, but not required)
