Job summary

Keystone Automotive Operations (KAO) in Austell, GA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to pick, pack, and stage auto parts orders for shipment. You’ll move parts manually or with equipment, support inbound/outbound processes, and help maintain accuracy, safety, and efficiency in a fast-paced distribution center.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Capable of lifting up to 75 lbs repeatedly.
• Standing, walking, bending, and climbing stairs/ladders as needed.
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.
• Forklift or PIT experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery.
• Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated locations.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers and related equipment (training provided).
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support team collaboration.
• Ensure safety protocols and a clean workplace.
• Adapt to daily needs and perform other warehouse tasks as assigned.

Location: Austell, GA

Compensation: $ $17.50 w/ $2 shift differential

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. until done

As a Warehouse Associate at Keystone Automotive Operations (KAO), you’ll help pick, organize, and prepare auto parts orders for shipment—keeping our supply chain running strong. Key Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of our distribution center:

• Product Handling: Accurately pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery
• Inbound Processing: Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Loading & Unloading: Stack, wrap, and load/unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Equipment Operation: Use pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment (training provided)
• Inventory Accuracy: Ensure correct parts and quantities are handled at every step
• Team Collaboration: Communicate clearly with peers and supervisors to ensure workflow success
• Clean & Safe Workplace: Maintain cleanliness and follow all safety protocols
• Flexibility: Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned based on daily needs

• Are you 18 years of age or older?
• Can you lift products that weigh up to 75 lbs. consistently?
• Are you comfortable working on your feet all day—standing, walking, bending, and climbing ladders?
• Are you able to work at heights up to 30 feet without issue?
• Can you pay strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, accuracy-driven environment?
• Can we depend on you to show up on time and have a strong work ethic?
• Are you willing to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse (temperatures vary by season)?
• Do you have forklift operator or other PIT equipment experience? (Preferred, but not required)
