Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience operating Reach Trucks and Cherry Pickers.
• Experience with stock put-away (Big Zone products).
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and climb ladders all day.
• Comfortable working at heights up to 40 feet.
• Demonstrates attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic.
• Willing to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery.
• Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated locations.
• Stack, wrap, and load/unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other equipment (training provided).
• Maintain inventory accuracy and communicate workflow with team.

Warehouse Associate - Receiving

Location: Irving, TX

Compensation: $18.00/hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm or until job completion.

Role Summary

As a Warehouse Associate at Keystone Automotive Operations (KAO), you’ll help pick, organize, and prepare auto parts orders for shipment—keeping our supply chain running strong. This active, high‑energy role is perfect for someone who values accuracy, teamwork, and personal growth. Whether you’re pulling parts manually or operating warehouse equipment, you will be part of a team where your work makes a real impact and produces results. Multiple shifts, competitive pay, and incredible incentives await!

Key Responsibilities

• Product Handling: Accurately pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery
• Inbound Processing: Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Loading & Unloading: Stack, wrap, and load/unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Equipment Operation: Use pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment (training provided)
• Inventory Accuracy: Ensure correct parts and quantities are handled at every step
• Team Collaboration: Communicate clearly with peers and supervisors to ensure workflow success
• Clean & Safe Workplace: Maintain cleanliness and follow all safety protocols
• Flexibility: Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned based on daily needs

Required Qualifications

• Are you 18 years of age or older?
• Must have strong experience in operating the Reach Truck and Cherry Picker
• Must have experience in stock put‑away (Big Zone products)
• Can you lift products that weigh up to 75 lbs. consistently?
• Are you comfortable working on your feet all day—standing, walking, bending, and climbing ladders?
• Are you able to work at heights up to 40 feet without issue?
• Do you have what it takes to succeed at KAO?
• Can you pay strong attention to detail in a fast‑paced, accuracy‑driven environment?
• Can we depend on you to show up on time and have a strong work ethic?
• Are you willing to work in a non‑climate-controlled warehouse (temperatures vary by season)?
• Do you have forklift operator or other PIT equipment experience?
