Job summary

Keystone Automotive Operations in Austell, GA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to pick, pack, and stage auto parts for shipment. This active role rewards accuracy, teamwork, and growth, with on-site training and opportunities to advance within a large automotive distributor.

You will operate pallet jacks and forklifts, handle inbound shipments, and ensure inventory accuracy while maintaining a clean, safe workplace.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and climb ladders all day.
• Able to work at heights up to 30 feet.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Willing to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery.
• Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated locations.
• Load/unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers (training provided).
• Ensure inventory accuracy at every step.
• Communicate with peers and supervisors to ensure workflow success.
• Maintain a clean and safe workplace and follow safety protocols.
• Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned.

Warehouse Associate – 3PL • Location: Austell, GA • Compensation: $17.50 w/ $2 shift differential • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. until done.

Role Summary

As a Warehouse Associate at Keystone Automotive Operations (KAO), you’ll help pick, organize, and prepare auto parts orders for shipment—keeping our supply chain running strong. This active, high-energy role is perfect for someone who values accuracy, teamwork, and personal growth. Whether you’re pulling parts manually or operating warehouse equipment, you will be part of a team where your work makes a real impact and produces results. Key Responsibilities

• Product Handling: Accurately pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery
• Inbound Processing: Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Loading & Unloading: Stack, wrap, and load/unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Equipment Operation: Use pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment (training provided)
• Inventory Accuracy: Ensure correct parts and quantities are handled at every step
• Team Collaboration: Communicate clearly with peers and supervisors to ensure workflow success
• Clean & Safe Workplace: Maintain cleanliness and follow all safety protocols
• Flexibility: Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned based on daily needs

• Can you lift products that weigh up to 75 lbs. consistently?
• Are you comfortable working on your feet all day—standing, walking, bending, and climbing ladders?
• Are you able to work at heights up to 30 feet without issue?
• Can you pay strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, accuracy-driven environment?
• Can we depend on you to show up on time and have a strong work ethic?
• Are you willing to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse (temperatures vary by season)?
• Do you have forklift operator or other PIT equipment experience? (Preferred, but not required)
