Keystone Automotive Operations is seeking a Warehouse Associate – Shipping in Eastvale, CA. The role involves accurate picking, packing, and staging of auto parts orders for shipment, with emphasis on teamwork and safety.

Expect to work with pallet jacks, forklifts, and order pickers in a fast-paced environment. The position offers competitive pay of $18.00/hour with a $2 shift differential, plus a $1,000 sign-on bonus and staged bonuses after 6 and 12 months of continuous employment.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb ladders all day.

Responsibilities

• Pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery (product handling).
• Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated locations (inbound processing).
• Stack, wrap, and load/unload trucks safely and efficiently (loading/unloading).
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and order pickers (training provided).
• Maintain inventory accuracy and clear communication with the team.

Warehouse Associate – Shipping

Location: Eastvale, CA

Compensation: $18.00/hour with a $2 shift differential

Schedule: Sunday 12:30pm- off / Mon-Thursday- 2:30pm-off

Role Summary As a Warehouse Associate at Keystone Automotive Operations (KAO), you’ll help pick, organize, and prepare auto parts orders for shipment—keeping our supply chain running strong. This active, high-energy role is perfect for someone who values accuracy, teamwork, and personal growth. Whether you’re pulling parts manually or operating warehouse equipment, you will be part of a team where your work makes a real impact and produces results. Key Responsibilities

• Product Handling: Accurately pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery
• Inbound Processing: Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Loading & Unloading: Stack, wrap, and load/unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Equipment Operation: Use pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment (training provided)
• Inventory Accuracy: Ensure correct parts and quantities are handled at every step
• Team Collaboration: Communicate clearly with peers and supervisors to ensure workflow success
• Clean & Safe Workplace: Maintain cleanliness and follow all safety protocols
• Flexibility: Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned based on daily needs

• Are you comfortable working on your feet all day—standing, walking, bending, and climbing ladders?
• Are you able to work at heights up to 30 feet without issue?
• Can you pay strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, accuracy-driven environment?
• Can we depend on you to show up on time and have a strong work ethic?
• Are you willing to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse (temperatures vary by season)?
• Do you have forklift operator or other PIT equipment experience? (Preferred, but not required)
