Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm

The Warehouse Associate/Shipping Clerk plays a key role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping activities. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and values accuracy and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and print shipping labels using platforms like FedEx, UPS, vendor scheduling, ERP, and other shipping software
• Coordinate with carriers for pickups and resolve any shipping issues or delays
• Ensure all orders are accurate and handled and stored safely to prevent damage
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment as needed (training provided)

Additional Warehouse Responsibilities:

• Cycle Counting
• Receiving
• Order Fulfillment/Packaging
• Stocking

Other Duties:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
• Match packing slips with purchase orders and report discrepancies
• Unload trucks and properly stage or store materials
• Label, tag, and log received items into the inventory system
• Communicate with purchasing team regarding received goods
• Assist with returns, freight claims, and tracking missing shipments
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely
• Collaborate with warehouse and operations staff to ensure efficient workflow

Additional Responsibilities:

• Ensure cleanliness of work areas, racking, aisles, and overall warehouse
• Look for ways to improve processes and systems for efficiency
• Comply with quality and safety standards
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Communicate regularly with internal departments regarding product and vendor information
• Assist production team with machine operation and assembly as needed

Salary Transparency: The pay range is $20-22/hour, with higher starting pay for candidates with extensive experience. Opportunities for growth and performance-based increases are available. The position may also be eligible for a monthly incentive based on departmental goals. • Ability to read, interpret, and understand training instructions, shipping tickets, manuals, etc.

• Ability to pass and maintain forklift certification; forklift experience preferred
• Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly

Work Environment:

• Indoor warehouse environment with temperature fluctuations
• Standing for approximately 8 hours per day
