Job summary

Driven Distribution Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate – Shipping to efficiently prepare and process outgoing orders. You will ensure accuracy, proper labeling, and timely shipment while maintaining safety and compliance with standards and carrier requirements.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a keen eye for detail. This role demands the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow safety practices; forklift certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, move, and stack products up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when verifying shipments.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Verify product counts and ensure accuracy against invoices, manifests, or pick tickets.
• Label and process shipments according to carrier standards (UPS, FedEx, freight).
• Operate material handling equipment safely and in compliance with OSHA and company standards.
• Inspect outgoing shipments for accuracy, damage, or quality issues.
• Maintain shipping areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff, drivers, and supervisors to ensure on-schedule shipments.
• Assist with unloading, receiving, and storing incoming shipments as needed.

PositionSummary

The Warehouse Associate – Shippingis responsible forefficiently preparing, packaging, and processing outgoing customer orders for shipment. This role ensures orders are complete, labeled accurately, and shipped on time whilemaintainingaccuracy, safety, and compliance with company standards and carrier requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.

• Verify product counts and ensure accuracy against invoices, manifests, or pick tickets.

• Label and process shipmentsin accordance withcompany and carrier standards (e.g., UPS, FedEx, freight).

• Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and in compliance with OSHA and company standards.

• Inspect outgoing shipments for accuracy, damage, or quality issues.

• Maintain shipping areas ina clean, organized, and safecondition.

• Collaborate with warehouse staff, drivers, and supervisors to ensure orders are shipped accurately and on schedule.

• Assistwith unloading, receiving, and storing incoming shipments as needed.

• Follow all safety protocols when handling heavy or hazardous materials.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).
