Job summary

Driven Distribution Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate – Loading to efficiently prepare, stage, and load customer orders and company vehicles with auto parts. You will ensure orders are complete, products are handled with care, and vehicles are loaded safely to meet delivery schedules.

Responsibilities include loading deliveries, verifying counts, operating pallet jacks and forklifts, inspecting products for damage, and maintaining a clean, safe loading area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift, move, and stack products up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when verifying orders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices.

• Accurately load company delivery trucks and trailers with customer orders, ensuring products are staged and secured according to company standards.
• Verify product counts against invoices, manifests, or pick tickets before loading.
• Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and in compliance with company and OSHA standards.
• Inspect products for damage, accuracy, and quality before loading.
• Ensure loading areas remain organized, clean, and free of safety hazards.
• Assist with unloading incoming shipments and storing inventory as needed.
• Follow all safety protocols when handling heavy or hazardous materials.
• Collaborate with drivers, warehouse staff, and supervisors to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Summary

Work Environment and Physical Demands
