Job summary

Vallen USA is hiring a Warehouse Associate to receive, handle, stock, and store products in our distribution center. You will follow established procedures to manage shipments and inventory, ensuring accuracy and safety in daily tasks.

The role requires reading and interpreting safety rules and work orders, with emphasis on attention to detail and teamwork. Experience with warehouse equipment and basic computer skills is preferred, and occasional overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1 year of relevant experience or training.
• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, work orders, and manuals.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and safety-minded.
• Ability to work in a team and self-motivate to complete tasks.

Responsibilities

• Complete shipments by processing and loading orders per schedules and work orders.
• Unloads, receives, and stores incoming goods and checks for damage or discrepancies.
• Sorts, labels, moves, and stores goods per predefined sequence and product codes.
• Prepare, pick, pack, and dispatch outgoing goods following requests and work orders.
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) as needed.
• Assist in inventory counts and maintain stock records in systems.
